CCD | Rico | On the wall at the station

On the wall at the CCD police station hangs pictures of all the officers fallen in the line af duty, that includes Ricos father.
They know Rico there, he comes to look at that picture of his dad from time to time, trying to remember him and what kind of dogs he was. He was his hero and he dreams of finding the dogs that killed him and bring them to justice.
